Salary: £25,877 to £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm
What you will be doing:
* Providing customers with bespoke insurance quotations, tailoring products to individuals needs
* Dealing with both existing and new customers
* Retaining existing clients
* Upselling additional products
* Reporting to Team leader/Manager
* Reviewing an allocated renewal invite list
* Invite policies compliantly.
* Ensure client records are updated appropriately
* Review a fair analysis of the market
* Renew Policies Household policies compliantly
* Respond to Customer Renewal Queries
What we're looking for:
* Excellent IT and data entry skills
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy
* Ability to communicate well
* Great attention to detail
* Previous sales or customer service experience
* Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
* Excellent customer service skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant phone manner
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload effectively
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, word and Outlook.
* Highly self-motivated
* Pro-active thinker, able to solve problems independently as they arise
* Ability to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing
* Polite and professional
