Telesales Executive | £25k plus uncapped commission | Ripley, Derbyshire
Fully Office Based | 8-6pm (4 day week)
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business by engaging with prospective clients over the phone and face to face. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting the business services, and converting leads into appointments and sales!
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer service
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations with clear outcomes
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The finer elements of the role include:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database/warm leads
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales or consultancy team
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system
Build strong rapport with prospects and handle objections professionally
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on call outcomes and market insights
