As Head of Business Change, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering our portfolio of strategic change initiatives. You’ll ensure complex programmes are delivered at pace, aligned to our business strategy, and embedded in a way that delivers lasting value. This is a role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while bringing people with them on the journey.
What you’ll be doing
4. Setting a clear vision and ambition for change, including identifying future transformation opportunities
5. Owning and overseeing a portfolio of strategic change programmes, managing priorities, interdependencies and risks
6. Ensuring change initiatives are well planned, well governed and delivered to agreed outcomes, timeframes and quality standards
7. Managing budgets responsibly, identifying efficiencies and ensuring strong financial control
8. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and with external partners
9. Leading, coaching and developing high-performing change delivery teams, creating an inclusive and high-engagement culture
10. Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues to protect delivery and outcomes
11. Making sure change is embedded successfully, with quality, best practice and benefits realisation at the heart of delivery

What we’re looking for
16. Strong strategic and financial acumen, with experience translating strategy into delivery
17. Proven experience leading complex change portfolios, ideally within business and technology environments
18. Experience working with Agile delivery and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), with a relevant qualification desirable but not essential
19. A people-centred leadership style, with a track record of developing and motivating diverse teams
20. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence working at senior levels
21. Commercial awareness, including experience managing external suppliers and partners
