Your Responsibilities: Fix resident issues like unblocking sinks, repairing minor damages, and troubleshooting maintenance concerns. Carry out regular building checks, log observations on your iPad, and ensure the property stays in top shape. Work alongside contractors, follow fire and health & safety protocols, and help maintain a secure environment. Collaborate with the customer team to deliver an outstanding student experience. Share knowledge, help train new colleagues, and contribute to team meetings. Your Requirements: Experience in facilities, estates, or property maintenance. A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. A calm, professional attitude, even under pressure. Basic computer literacy (iPads, maintenance software, emails).
