French Speaking - Regional Sales Manager

Up to £45,000 salary plus bonuses

Remote working - UK based.


What you’ll do

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall Business within the designated region (France, Spain & Italy). Must be able to speak Fluent French (ideally native language) plus knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian.


The individual is responsible for building successful, long-term relationships with our key regional partners and growing our business.

Establishing plans and strategies will increase our clients' Market Share and deliver sales leadership, working towards achieving maximum client revenue,

within clients' pre-set guidelines and our company vision and values. This role's success will further rely upon excellent communication skills, an analytical outlook, and a professional, confident manner.


How you will do it

* Responsible for overall growth plans on all platforms within your region, focusing on sell-through (GMV).
* Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with the clients' and our goals and drive growth.
* Collaborate with marketing, category management, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects, sales initiatives, and GTM strategies.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
* Analyse market data, sales metrics, and performance data, providing regular reports to clients and senior management and making data-driven decisions to optimise sales efforts.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client's strategies and solutions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales, pricing activities, and marketing initiatives performed within the region.
* Provide regular and accurate forecasting updates as defined by the Head of Sales in a timely manner.
* Responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution for our Webstore business.
* Joint responsibility with Category Management for executing eBay and Amazon strategies for the region.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations and objectives.

* Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret sales data, forecast accurately, and make confident, data-driven decisions that support strategic goals.
* Initiative & Ownership: Self-starter who takes full ownership of challenges and opportunities, proactively identifying and implementing ideas that drive business impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable operating across teams to deliver aligned go-to-market strategies, while championing executional excellence.
* Communication & Influence: Clear, confident communicator who can engage internal stakeholders and clients with insight, clarity, and purpose.
* Value-Driven Mindset: Operates with x’s values at the core, building trust, striving for excellence, and making decisions that deliver impact for clients and the business.
* French speaking to deal with international clients. Ideally another language spoken too, (Spanish / German / Italian)


Desirable Skills

* Automotive Sector Knowledge: Experience in the automotive parts, accessories, or aftermarket industry, particularly within an eCommerce or retail context.
* Digital Marketing Insight: Understanding of how digital campaigns, SEO, and promotions contribute to traffic, conversion, and AOV growth.
* CRM & BI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, HubSpot, or similar platforms for client management and reporting.
* D2C Trading Experience: Involvement in the commercial and trading performance of a direct-to-consumer webstore, including pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
* Change & Growth Agility: Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where adaptability and proactive thinking are essential.
* Continuous Improvement Approach: Actively seeks ways to improve processes, enhance client experience, and drive better outcomes, never satisfied with “good enough.”

Role KPIs (5)

* Sales Targets Achievement by Channel: Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded within a given timeframe.
* Customer Satisfaction: Feedback and ratings from customers regarding their experience.
* Forecast Accuracy: The accuracy of sales forecasts compared to actual sales performance.
* Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors to the website that make a purchase. This helps gauge the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
* Average Order Value (AOV): The average amount spent by customers per transaction. AOV can be increased through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
