Technology Support Technician
Location: Farringdon, London 4 days, 1 day remote
Salary: up to 35K
A leading digital media and technology company is seeking a Technology Support Technician to support a premium digital screen network across the UK and international locations, including Europe and Australia.
You will provide first and second-line IT support, maintain and monitor a digital signage network, and assist with hardware installations and system upgrades. The role combines remote support with regular on-site work in London and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain digital signage and IT systems
Configure, test, and install hardware and software
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Manage support tickets and asset records
Perform patching, updates, and routine maintenance
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and building managersSkills & Experience
3-5 years' experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking knowledge
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Digital signage experience desirable
