Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our global team in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
* We are looking for pure play hunters who have previously worked in IT services/product companies ( about 15-20 years of experience in UK/Europe).
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, bid/proposal management, sales negotiations, or commercial pricing with Insurance Services Clients.
* Should sold horizontal services like Applications, Cloud, Infra, data etc .
* Experience in selling IT services in the Insurance domain.
* Extensive experience working with Onsite/Offshore Sales Model.
* Experience/exposure Platform selling ( Guidewire, Pega, Appian, AWS) experiences of winning clients with these platforms.
* Underwriting optimization ( insurance clients win with a good knowledge).
* API integrations ( ability to help integrate).
* AI/Data(this is good to know).
* Ability to influence or complete assignments independently, whilst making decisions autonomously.
* Capability to build own pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
* Enable coordinated involvement of company resources, including Delivery, Support functions, and Management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations.
* Willing to travel.
* Strong connections in the Insurance industry.
