We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for a German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week). What you'll be doing: Own the success of clients in the DACH market, acting as a trusted advisor Drive client strategy, retention and expansion Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands What they’re looking for: Fluency in German and English is essential Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech) A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen Excellent communication and relationship building skills Why this role?
