Role responsibilities
* As an audit team member, you will conduct a thorough, risk-focused review on a range of client’s financial records, processes, and controls.
* Able to challenge colleagues and briefing teams to ensure deadlines are met or effectively escalated to uphold customer experience and commercial objectives.
* The role involves working in a cross-functional group with other stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and delivery, including AP teams and project-related responsibilities.
* Support showroom fitout and refit projects to stay on track and assist teams as required.
* Support preparation of routine letters and documents on behalf of fee earning or care-related processes as appropriate to the role.
* Provide wound care following care plans provided by practice nurses (where applicable to the role).
* Support the practice nursing team in delivering high-quality care in line with our care standards and confidentiality requirements.
* Assist with food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and day-to-day kitchen operations (where applicable to the role).
* Participate in interviews or selection processes as required (e.g., interviews scheduled in week commencing 22 September 2025).
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with guidelines for patient and resident information security.
* Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and respectful manner, acting in accordance with our safeguarding and care principles.
Role details
* 29 days’ paid holiday (including bank holidays) and generous product/service discounts.
* 30.5 hours per week (Term time only - 39 weeks of the year) for specific roles; other roles may have different patterns (e.g., 17.5–20 hours per week or as required).
* Hours: e.g., Monday – Friday, with shift patterns as described in the job specification (term-time or flexible as applicable).
* Location: Sanctuary Care settings (e.g., Asra House) and associated facilities as required.
Required qualifications and skills
* Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Experience in care, auditing, or supporting teams is beneficial; however, full training and support are provided where needed.
* Teamwork, caring demeanor, energy, and the ability to communicate well are essential; flexible and respectful approach to residents and colleagues.
* Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding guidelines.
