We're currently recruiting in our Gloucester (Little Witcombe) Premier Inn. Working 16 hours per week, paying up to £12.56 per hour.

PAY RATE:

Up to £12.56 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent - we don't do zero hours contracts!

HOURS:

16 hours per week

Overview

Join our team at Gloucester (Little Witcombe) Premier Inn as a Receptionist. Be the friendly face of our hotel and use your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help guests rest easy from the moment you check them in, collaborating with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.


What you'll do

* Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service at check-in and during their stay.
* Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards.
* Operate front desk systems and admin tasks to support smooth hotel operations.
* Contribute to a positive guest experience and uphold Premier Inn brand standards.
