Are you a motivated Audit Manager looking to join a rapidly growing accountancy firm that is a certified Great Place to Work?

Having won a significant number of new clients, we are now looking to recruit an additional Audit Manager to join our expanding Audit team.

Working with a broad portfolio of businesses ranging from household names to startups, you will go beyond core audit essentials to provide clients with advice and management information that helps them grow.

This role is suitable for an experienced Audit Manager aspiring to progress to Senior Manager. You will be encouraged to share ideas and will play a key role in our Audit team.

This role offers flexible hybrid working, whether from the office, home, or client site, supporting a healthy work-life balance while delivering excellent client service.

Opportunities include developing broader skills in areas like Business Development to aid your career growth.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Leading, planning, and delivering a variety of corporate engagements.
2. Managing assurance engagements from planning to completion for statutory and group reporting.
3. Coaching trainees into becoming business advisors.
4. Monitoring budgets and fees for each assignment.
5. Managing client relationships and expectations.
6. Participating in business development activities locally.

About You

To qualify, you should have:

* ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience managing a broad portfolio of audit clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong desire to contribute to Bishop Fleming’s success.
* Full driving license and access to transport.
