A day in the life of…
As Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and executing all Meetings & Events business within the hotel and as an ambassador to the hotel, you will be an expert on all the facilities on offer with the ability to advise guests based on their individual needs. You will also record and process all enquiries that are made by phone, email, or face to face to ensure all guests are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. You will work with your teammates and liaise with the wider hotel team to ensure all leads are followed and departmental targets and individual KPI's are met
Based in the Holiday Inn Stevenage you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
