Health & Safety Advisor Woking Permanent £50,000 We are recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor to join a purpose‑led organisation within its shared services division, operating across manufacturing, field services and retail environments. This is a highly visible role supporting multiple UK businesses and working closely with operational leadership to drive practical, proportionate and commercially minded health & safety improvements. The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for: Providing professional H&S support across manufacturing sites, retail locations and field‑based operations, with a particular focus on driving uplift at developing sites. Advising, influencing and coaching managers and leaders to embed consistent, compliant and effective health & safety standards. Reviewing, developing and improving risk assessments, safe systems of work, policies and procedures, ensuring both compliance and practicality. Supporting incident investigation, reporting and performance metrics, with an emphasis on learning, action closure and continuous improvement. The Health & Safety Advisor will have: NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
