General Liability Associate NQ+
Location: Bristol / hybrid
Rare and exciting opportunity to join one of Bristol’s leading Insurance firms.
The General Liability Insurance team operates across London and Bristol, serving a well-established client base, including market-leading liability insurers providing employer, public, and products liability services.
The role primarily involves handling personal injury claims, with opportunities to engage in regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and inquests. There is also scope to work on product regulation.
The work is varied, interesting, and challenging. Successful case management will grant autonomy to make an impact on your files. You will also have opportunities to participate in business development and client initiatives where appropriate.
You will manage and assist with the management of fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims, advising on all legal aspects including coverage issues.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor NQ with a solid background in handling personal injury claims and fast track litigation.
