This is a full-time position, ideal for those with a passion for mental health, behavioural support, or therapeutic education.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Work closely with students to support their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning
Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions and in-class support
Help implement tailored behavioural strategies and development plans
Collaborate with SEN professionals, therapists, and teachers to deliver holistic supportThis Behaviour Support Worker role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience before moving into roles such as Therapist, Teacher, Counsellor, Youth Worker or Behavioural Specialist.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
