Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Skewen - SA10
Salary: £15.45 - £16.55/hour + £62.64 per sleep in
*Must have NVQ in H&S level 3 or above
Ffordd Newydd is a residential transitional Mental Health service, supporting six people within their own individual studio apartments. We are passionate about enabling people to make their own choices about the support they receive. We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:
* Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
* Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
* A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
* A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
