What Will Be Your Responsibilities
* Receiving Operations
o Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy
o Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse
o Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods
o Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system
* Shipping Operations
o Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
o Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups
o Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications
o Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations
* Inventory Management
o Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels
o Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items
* Equipment and Safety
o Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required
o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
Profile And Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role
* Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation
* Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment
* Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records
* Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level
* Team player and strong communication skills
* Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus
