Job title: Senior Manager - Procurement Transformation
Role type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to drive the design and delivery of a critical pillar within our Procurement transformation programme. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be the design owner and delivery architect for your pillar—facilitating stakeholder workshops to shape the target operating model, maintaining governance and change control, and ensuring quality and value. You’ll act as an internal consultant, bringing external insight and best practice to challenge thinking and drive business value. This role covers roadmap development, benefits tracking, day-to-day delivery, and business readiness for launch. You’ll chair key meetings and coordinate transformation updates, working across all levels of the organisation to keep your pillar on track within the broader Operating Model Transformation.
What You’ll Do
* Working with sponsors and stakeholders, facilitate and document a clear, detailed design behind capabilities within the Procurement target operating model. Hold the pen on pillar design and govern changes to design.
* Act as an internal consultant to partner with and challenge pillar sponsors and delivery leads, bringing in external experience and insight to ensure quality of the end product.
* Oversee governance and change control around the definition of the individual operating model pillar.
* Report on benefits delivered for the individual operating model pillar.
* Manage the transformation roadmap for the individual pillar within the integrated Operating Model Transformation roadmap.
* Manage the delivery of the operating model roadmap at a pillar level.
* Coordinate preparation and execution of transformation update meetings.
* Ensure business readiness for the launch of new operating model initiatives. Define and deliver stakeholder management; stage gates and launch schedule; BAU governance for each initiative; and metrics.
* Chair regular meetings and manage delivery on a day-to-day level.

Skills And Experience
* Proven Experience Managing Business Transformation Programmes – You’ll have a track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in multinational organisations, ideally within procurement. You understand how to navigate complexity, align diverse business units, and deliver measurable outcomes across borders and functions.
* Operating Model Change Delivery – Hands-on experience redesigning and implementing operating models in large, multinational environments—assessing current state, designing future state, and managing the transition to embed new ways of working.
* Procurement Domain Expertise – Deep knowledge in at least two areas: Category Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management/Risk Management, or Purchase to Pay.
* Consulting Experience – Consulting background is desirable, bringing skills in stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, and delivering change at pace while influencing senior leadership.
* Procurement Practitioner Background – Direct procurement experience is desirable, providing practical insight into operational realities and building credibility with teams.
