Overview

Permanent, Part Time (30.5 hours per week). Working Hours: Monday 7.30am - 9.30pm x 3 weeks (1 Monday off per month); Tuesday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexible within these hours). This role is only open to female applicants.

We are recruiting for a Support Assistant to join our Home-Based Care team on a permanent basis. This position involves supporting clients in their own homes between Shoebury, Leigh-On-Sea and Canvey, so a driver with access to their own vehicle is required. Travel time is paid in lieu of mileage.

About the Role: This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a focused and flexible way—supporting individuals in the community who need short-term, tailored assistance to help them regain independence and confidence. The role will involve working flexibly across the community and supporting people with a range of needs including:

* Assistance with finances and budgeting
* Help with shopping and daily living
* Support with mental health and emotional wellbeing

About Estuary
