 
        
        We’re looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people to join our domiciliary care team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes across the Hereford area.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll provide practical help and emotional support to clients who may be elderly, disabled or living with long-term health conditions. Every day is different, and every visit makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
 * Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
 * Support with meal preparation, shopping, and light household tasks
 * Prompt and assist with medication as required
 * Provide companionship and emotional support
 * Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes
 * Accurately record visits, care notes, and any observations
 * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team

 * Able to travel between clients’ homes (driver with access to a car preferred)
Requirements:
 * Right to work in the UK
 * Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost reimbursed)
