The Facilities Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing cleaning services across academic, commercial, and residential spaces, as well as managing accommodation reception services. This role ensures operational efficiency, high service standards, and excellent customer satisfaction across the university’s estate, while also supporting strategic improvements in facilities management.
