Duties:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
* Manage customer appointments and liaise with technicians
* Provide accurate quotes and explain vehicle repairs or services
* Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from arrival to collection
* Maintain accurate documentation and update service records
* Upsell additional services where appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidate Specification:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organised with strong time management skills
* Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
* Proficient with motor trade IT systems or comparable software
* Automotive or service industry qualifications are desirable
* Previous experience within a busy dealership or independent garage is advantageous
* Reside within 30 minutes of South West Guildford
* Full-time availability, flexible to work Monday to Friday
