Package: Up to £40,000 plus bonus.

The Role
As Sous Chef you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, leading the kitchen from the front, maintaining standards and stepping up to run service when needed. You’ll help manage the team, drive performance, and create a positive, motivated kitchen culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deputise for the Head Chef, leading the kitchen in their absence.
* Deliver consistently high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment.
* Train, develop, and inspire the kitchen team.
* Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Control food costs, minimise waste, and hit financial targets.
* Ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
* Passion for high‑quality, freshly prepared food.
* A hands‑on leader who motivates and develops their team.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
