Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Customer Research & Insight Manager on a permanent contract
As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Customer Research
The duties will include:
1. Project based work around methods of research and understanding of customer pain points
2. Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure actioning of research results
3. Overhaul interaction systems including the design and creation of additional surveys relating to customer satisfaction
4. Understand customer journey
5. Carry out quantitative and qualitative research
6. Managing an insight analyst
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
7. Extensive Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods
8. Creating, updating and distributing of surveys to collect data
9. Strong spoken, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
