Interim Food Environmental Health Officer (EHO)
Location: Staffordshire
Contract: Interim – 3 Months (January to March 2026)
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Food Environmental Health Officer (EHO) to join our client’s team on a short-term interim basis.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety and environmental health
* Proven track record conducting inspections across Categories A–E
* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality compliance assessments
