What we’re looking for A confident vet with the Ability to perform exploratory laparotomies, splenectomies, GDVs, gastrotomy and enterotomy with no support required. Confidence with routine consults in 15 minutes and routine dental cases. Perform routine and non-routine surgeries with confidence and care. Clinical decision-making abilities, able to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions whether you're managing consults or jumping into hands-on cases. Treatment planning and ongoing case management. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure. A collaborative can-do attitude that helps maintain a positive team culture and excellent client care relationship.
