A highly regarded Boys’ Middle School in Central London are seeking 5 x Learning Support Assistants to join their team from September 2025 through to July 2026. About the Role | Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant Provide in-class support, helping pupils stay focused, adapting learning materials, and supporting skills development Deliver 1:1 interventions, including pre-teaching, homework support and social skills development Offer pastoral support for pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs Assist with administrative tasks, including SEND documentation and staff timetabling Support students with a range of needs including Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay Play a role in wider school life, such as assemblies and extracurricular activities What We’re Looking For A recent Psychology Graduate with a strong academic background (2:1 or above preferred) Genuine patience, empathy and resilience when working with young people facing challenges Enthusiasm for supporting students with additional needs, particularly SEMH A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff Role Details Start date: September 2025 End date: July 2026 Salary: £107.59 per day (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay) Why Join This School?
