Overview
Receptionist – Fixed Term Contract (Until December 2025) at Sodexo, location: Unilever R&D, Quarry Road Est, Bebington, Wirral CH63 3JW. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (36.5 hours per week). Hourly Rate: £12.60. This role has been created in response to upcoming building works and involves welcoming visitors in a temporary reception area.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all global visitors to site
* Provide a warm and professional meet-and-greet service
* Issue visitor badges in line with Unilever policy and procedures
* Ensure timely and accurate information is transferred between relevant systems
* Be a visible and approachable point of contact for the wider site population
* Coordinate hospitality catering as required
* Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to support the concierge function
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer-facing, or receptionist role
* High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
* Comfortable using a range of IT systems and handling confidential information
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
* Flexible and proactive approach to supporting day-to-day site operations
