Ringway is a market leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry, responsible for looking after over 50,000 kms of the UK’s highways network.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Safely deliver the traffic management service on the Milton Keynes Highways Contract.
2. Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with the contractual obligations as agreed with Surrey County council.
3. Carry out regular safety and compliance audits.
4. Ensure that the Performance Indicators are monitored and targets achieved.
5. Understand and promote the Company Policy relating to Ringway operations in Milton Keynes.
6. Have a full and demonstrable understanding of traffic management.
7. Maintain the highest standards of environmental, safety and health in line with company policy and industry guidelines
8. Plan & Schedule works to the operational team
9. Ensure the operational team are trained and competent to undertake the roles required of them
10. Track operational staff’s progression in training and future requirements for maximising the capabilities of the team
11. Identify and allocate specialist contractors for works as the need arises.
