PT Administration Assistant (Job Share) Monday to Wednesday – Temporary Contract Co Down Key Responsibilities: Day‑to‑day administrative support, including CRM updates, office supply management. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing reception duties, calls, post and deliveries. Support meeting and conference room operations—bookings, room setup/clear‑down and catering coordination. Assist with marketing activities such as social media updates, website news posts and creation of promotional materials. About You 1-2 years in a busy office or customer‑facing environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. Confident user of Microsoft Office. Proactive, adaptable, dependable and a supportive team player.
