Vehicle Damage Assessor
Basic Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (42.5 hours)
Location: Whitstable
Responsibilities
* Work efficiently in a fast‑paced accident repair centre
* Follow correct repair techniques and produce work that meets factory specifications and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
* Have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA)
* Have prior experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop; be a strong team player with self‑motivation to earn bonus hours
* Work to the highest standard and demonstrate up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
* Ideally ATA qualified and have an up‑to‑date Audatex certificate
