Job Description:
We are working with a leading investment bank seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join their London-based team on a 12-month contract.This role will suit someone with a strong background in RFPs within the asset management industry.
Our client requires the role holder to be in the office 4 days per week, with the option of working the fifth day from home.
Skills/Experience:
* Proven RFP writing experience within the asset management industry.
* Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong relationship builder with sales teams, investment professionals and SMEs.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* IMC qualification desirable.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead the completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, applying best practice throughout.
* Develop specialist knowledge in a key asset class/strategy, producing tailored content.
* Maintain and update the RFP database (Loopio), ensuring strategy sections are refreshed regularly.
* Contribute to ongoing efficiency and quality improvements across the team.
* Perform related duties as assigned to support the wider RFP function.
