Connect Appointments is looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent to join our client's high-performing team in Eurocentral.
What's on offer?
* A full-time permanent job
* Working 5 days per week
* Base salary of 23,000 p/annum
* OTE of up to 40,000 p/annum
Working as a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customer's calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
* Promoting the range of services offered by the company - depending on the customers needs
* Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements
To be successful in this Sales Agent role, you will ideally have previous experience in a sales and/or customer service environment. Combined with the following skills and experience:
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
* The ability to engage well with customers
* Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
* Experience with Microsoft packages
