We're representing a well-established national education franchise brand that's looking for an
Area Manager
to support and develop their network of study centres in the Birmingham / Nottingham area. This is a strategic role focused on coaching, guiding, and enabling franchisees to achieve retention and growth targets.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor to franchise owners
* Driving enrollment and retention strategies to ensure centre success
* Advising on marketing and local promotional activity
* Monitoring compliance with core practice and franchise agreements
* Networking to attract and recruit future franchise candidates
* Setting clear goals and interpreting data to support decision-making
What we're looking for:
* Strong business, sales, and marketing acumen
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Confidence in data interpretation and performance tracking
* Goal-orientated mindset with the conviction to lead by example

* Degree-level education OR substantial business experience with a proven track record
* Full UK driving licence
