Job Description
Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Stannah Live Advisor to join the Sales Support Team based at the Audenshaw showroom. This job will involve supporting our sales channels through telephone, webchat and live video communications, including providing live online demonstrations of our product range and functionality while helping customers make informed decisions about our stairlifts and homelifts.
As the Stannah Live Advisor, you will work on a full‑time, permanent basis. The working hours are 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,000.

To be successful as the Stannah Live Advisor, it is essential that you have previous experience in a customer service or sales support role. Experience in telephone sales or webchat support would be desirable.
Responsibilities
* Provide telephone, webchat and live video demonstrations of products to support customers
* Develop a strong understanding of company products and key features
* Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales performance
* Achieve KPIs and targets set by Sales Management

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly, professional and customer‑focused approach
* Empathetic and caring attitude when supporting customers
* Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
* Willingness to learn new skills and product knowledge
