Overview

Enquiry Admissions & Recruitment Co-ordinator – Permanent/Full-Time – 36 hours per week. Salary: £24,012 to £24,690 per annum.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Enquiry, Admissions & Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the processing of young learner and adult applications, helping students on their journey from enquiry to enrolment. You'll be at the heart of our fast-paced Customer Relations Department, supporting everything from application processing and data reporting to representing the college at recruitment events and school liaison activities. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet targets around recruitment and to help grow our student community.


Responsibilities

* Process applications and support students through the admissions journey
* Provide outstanding customer service and information to prospective learners
* Assist with school liaison, open events, and enrolment activities
* Support cross-college recruitment campaigns and events
* Help improve systems and processes within admissions

This is more than just admin – it's about making a difference at every step of a student's experience.


What the successful candidate must

* Minimum level 2 qualification in business or customer relations or relevant subject including IT
* GCSE English & Maths (A-C or 4-9)
* Previous experience in customer service role
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport
