What you'll be doing
You'll lead a small, skilled team who own the processes that keep our stores trading without interruption. Your job is to make sure those processes stay sharp, accurate and consistently ahead of potential issues. You will be:
* Managing and developing two direct reports
* Keeping the Property Finance inbox running smoothly
* Being the calm, informed voice that landlords and managing agents want to deal with
* Pulling together service charges, insurance, utilities, turnover rent and adhoc payments every week
* Owning the property completion statement process
* Solving daytoday issues for the Property team
* Working with Finance, Legal and Property teams to stay on top of rent arrears
* Keeping landlord/agent contact information accurate

What You'll Need
* Experience with rent payments and schedules
* Real, handson teamleading experience
* Strong organisation and eagleeyed attention to detail
* Good Excel ability
* Comfortable with systems and general IT
* Solid judgement and the ability to make decisions
* Clear, calm communication skills
* Understanding of prepayments, accruals and monthend
