The Role
We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our growing team as a Paid Social Executive. You’ll be hands on across the setup, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns for some of the most exciting names in music and live events. This is an opportunity to learn from an experienced team, get close to the action, and grow quickly within a fast-moving agency environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support the planning and activation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
* Build and optimise campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and delivery
* Analyse campaign performance and compile reports using data tools and platform dashboards
* Assist with creative testing, audience research, and budget management
* Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to our clients
* Collaborate with creatives and strategists to deliver best in class ads that convert
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a passion for digital marketing, data, and creativity
* Confident with numbers and comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A genuine interest in music, culture, and online trends
* Eagerness to learn paid social advertising from the ground up
Nice to Have (but not essential)
* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager
* Previous experience running social media pages, content creation, or internships in marketing
* Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Google Analytics, or any data visualisation platform
