Overview of role:
Working in the reactive repairs team delivering day to day repairs in social housing properties.
General Duties Key Responsibilities:
* General skilled labour including - small scale slabbing repairs, small ceramic tile repairs in residential properties and communal areas,
* Comply with all manual handling regulations
* Tidying up work area during and after job, including mobile site compound
* Receiving, unloading and storing/stacking materials to site
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own tools to carry out small repairs
* Compliance with relevant health and safety legislation
