As a Customer Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for our members, making sure they feel welcome, supported and valued, whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone or get in touch online.

As a Customer Consultant you will be:
5. Providing a warm, friendly welcome and helping customers with everyday banking transactions.
6. Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels.
7. Identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
8. Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures.
9. Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
10. Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service.

11. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face-to-face or over the phone.
12. Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
13. Great communication and people skills with a friendly and professional manner.
