Location: Langport, Somerset, TA10 9RB.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Dependent on experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor) to join our growing residential property team. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion, delivering an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
Maintain regular client communication and deliver excellent client care
Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions
Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 years' of residential conveyancing experience
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Confident communicator with a client-first approach
Familiarity with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
