Post Title: Casual Customer Services Advisor Site Location: BH Live Active – Pelhams Geographical Location: Bournemouth Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour Contract Type: Casual The role: BH Live is recruiting Casual Customer Services Advisors to join our busy team at BH Live Active – Pelhams, a vibrant community hub, the team works closely with the local community and health groups to provide fitness and social activities for all. High-quality fitness facilities with natural daylight and park views. Equipment includes Technogym’s cardio, resistance equipment for strength and toning, free weights and functional fitness space. An exercise referral team provides guidance and support for people recovering from an illness, injury or who are living with long term health condition. Swimming facilities include two pools with lane swimming, public swim sessions, pool-based classes, fun for young people, lessons and more. There is also a sauna for post workout relaxation. You will: · Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre · Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets · Administer and maintain our membership schemes · Maintain the centre’s cleanliness, in particular, the customer service zones You will need: Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT and administration skills An understanding of the importance of customer care Experience in dealing with customers Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
