Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage employers to create interview and work opportunities for our learners.

Support learners throughout their learning journey, ensuring they are prepared and confident for employment opportunities.

Assist with the recruitment business, including servicing existing clients and contributing to the development of new client relationships.

Work closely with the team to align employer partnerships with the needs of our learners.

Support the growth and delivery of Momentum Training services as the business expands.
