My client in the South east has an opportunity for a Senior/Principal Enforcement Officer to join their team and help tackle backlog cases. If you have experience in planning enforcement and are looking for a new challenge, they’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Addressing and managing backlog planning enforcement cases..
* Ensuring compliance with planning regulations and policies.
What They’re Offering:
* A competitive hourly rate of £40-50 (DOE)
* An immediate start, although they’re willing to wait for the perfect candidate.
* Hybrid Working arrangements (1/2 days in the office)
* Fulltime 37hrs a week (part time may be considered)
What They’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in planning enforcement.
* Strong knowledge of planning regulations.
* Excellent investigative and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
