What's the opportunity?
Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human‑made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. If you’re fired up by the thought of an impactful and rewarding career shaping that environment, working in expert teams and getting down to the nitty‑gritty of our clients’ challenges, read on!
Our two‑year EVOLVE graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will benefit from on‑job learning while working on prestigious projects across residential, educational, industrial and commercial schemes. Core building surveying instructions include planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveys, pre‑acquisition building surveys, schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments. You will also work with diverse clients such as large retail companies, local authorities, schools/universities, contractors and developers.
