About the role Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum Full-time | Operations Department We are looking for two Project Coordinators to join our Operations team at A2Z Cloud in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is not a diary management or admin support role. You will coordinate software implementation projects, lead customer meetings, keep projects organised in our systems and make sure communication is clear and proactive. You will be the day-to-day contact for customers during delivery. That means knowing your projects in detail, leading structured meetings and making sure customers are always informed. We are a growing business. This role offers real responsibility early and a clear pathway into more senior project or operational positions over time. What you’ll be doing Leading project meetings with customers Providing clear and proactive project updates Keeping project plans accurate in Zoho Projects Reviewing and approving developer time logs Monitoring hours used against project budgets Identifying and raising scope risks early Coordinating across Sales, Development, Support and Finance Ensuring licence requirements are organised correctly Keeping documentation structured and up to date You will manage multiple projects at once and must stay close to the detail. Customers should not need to chase for information. What success looks like Within three months, you should be able to: Confidently lead standard customer update meetings Keep projects fully accurate and up to date Approve time logs correctly Raise scope or delivery risks early We are looking for fast learners who take ownership. Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Flexible working hours are available within operational requirements. We are looking for someone who: Has worked in a busy, customer-facing or operational role Is organised and detail-focused Communicates clearly and confidently Is comfortable running meetings Can manage multiple responsibilities at once Is not afraid to raise issues directly Is comfortable using and learning software systems Wants to build a long-term career in operations or project delivery Experience with CRM systems, project management tools or software environments is beneficial but not essential.
