Job Description
Salary: £31,067 - £35,235 per annum | Fixed term until 25/12/2025 | Part time, 30 hours per week | Pro Rata
This is a temporary position until 25/12/2025 or the return of the post holder, whichever comes first.
Role: Team Manager of a short breaks service, managing a team of community support workers.
International Sponsorship: This role is not open to international sponsorship.
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
The role involves managing staff who support adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities to access the short breaks service (respite). It includes working directly alongside the staff team to ensure effective support for service users, with weekend, evening, on-call, and sleep-in duties.
The successful candidate will possess strong positive values and principles in working with people with learning disabilities and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.

This is a part-time position. The salary quoted is full-time equivalent; the actual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
