Main duties of the job Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role as Care Assistant involves delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring continuity of services to residents as part of the care team.
Other responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
Recognising and understanding clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, and escalating risks promptly.
Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.
