Factory Production Operatives
Near Lutterworth (A5 so own car is needed)
Pay: £750 per week (£14.34ph + guaranteed overtime at £21.50ph)
Hours: 6am-6pm, Mon-Thurs (rotating weekly between days and nights)
Start: 6th October 2025 ( dealbreaker)

What You’ll Be Doing
5. Making and moving concrete roof tiles
6. Mixing raw materials & running production machinery
7. Hitting production targets & keeping quality high
8. Manual handling – unloading products by hand
9. Using a forklift.
What We’re Looking For
10. Someone physically fit as this is heavy, hands on work
11. Must have your own car (village location so no buses)
12. Reliable, committed and able to work rotating day & night shifts
13. Ideally with a counterbalance forklift certificate.
