We’re looking for a newly qualified finance graduate to join our growing finance team — someone eager to start their career, learn quickly and help us build smarter financial processes as we scale. The Role This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent finance, accounting or business graduate looking to start their first role in industry. Working alongside the Finance Manager and wider operations team, you will help support the day-to-day financial operations of the agency while gaining exposure to budgeting, reporting and commercial finance within a fast-growing marketing business. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoices, purchase orders and expense processing Support accounts payable and receivable processes Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Support UK payments as processes transition Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements Assist with cash monitoring Maintain and improve financial spreadsheets Support finance team with month -end processes Contribute to improving financial systems and processes as the business grows Help the team with the accounts reconciliation.
